Female Videographer & Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative female Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand’s identity. Working closely with the creative team, you will manage projects from initial concept through to final editing, ensuring each video is engaging and aligned with our messaging. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for beauty and fashion, and the ability to create compelling content tailored for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot videos showcasing salon services, including skin treatments, hairstyles, makeup, and more.
- Develop engaging video content specifically designed for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Capture before-and-after transformations and highlight client results effectively.
- Edit videos by incorporating music, text, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Take photographs of salon work and promotional materials as needed.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high production quality.
- Stay updated with current beauty trends and social media content styles to keep our videos fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of professional videography experience, ideally within the salon or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- A creative eye with a strong understanding of beauty, fashion, and social media aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to create captivating content tailored for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Compensation and Work Environment:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs34,000 to Rs86,000, commensurate with experience and skill level. This is an in-person role, requiring presence at the salon location to capture authentic and dynamic content.
