We are seeking a motivated and confident female Work Assistant to join our sales team based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This role involves engaging with potential students and their parents through outbound calls and follow-ups, with the goal of converting leads into registrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and an interest in sales. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although prior sales experience will be considered an advantage. The position offers a fixed 8-hour shift from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sundays off, and is located on the 4th Floor of the MCB Bank Building, Sector V, DHA Phase 6, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce programs and services.
- Explain scholarship opportunities and other offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up consistently with leads via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding courses and registration.
- Maintain and update lead and customer records systematically.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with students and parents to encourage enrollment.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed registrations.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and earn performance-based commissions.
- Support basic office tasks as needed to assist the team.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in phone conversations.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email usage.
- Ability to consistently follow up with leads and manage multiple contacts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or higher.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous experience in sales is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Attractive monthly commission potential ranging from PKR 100,000 to 150,000 based on performance.
