We are seeking a motivated and target-driven female candidate based in Karachi to join our team as an Outbound and Inbound Caller. This full-time, work-from-home role involves engaging with prospective clients by making outbound calls, booking appointments, and promoting the services of our student consultancy and language learning center. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be capable of working independently, and strictly follow scheduled work hours. Initial training will be conducted in person at our Saddar office, and candidates must be prepared for occasional office visits if performance standards are not met.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and schedule appointments for student consultancy and language learning services.
- Provide clients with accurate guidance based on product knowledge acquired during training.
- Stay connected with the team via Zoom throughout working hours to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Accurately manage and update client information in the database.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
- Confirm client payments and perform necessary follow-ups to ensure service continuity.
- Utilize the CRM system effectively to track interactions and maintain client records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience working with CRM software.
- Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to work independently from home while adhering to company policies and fixed working hours (12 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
This position is primarily remote but requires a brief in-person training session at the Saddar office in Karachi. Candidates should be prepared for mandatory office visits if performance expectations are not met. The role demands full commitment during working hours, and candidates must not hold any other employment during designated days. The monthly salary ranges between PKR 20,000 and 25,000.
