(Females) Lead Generation Agent

ABS International is seeking motivated female candidates for the position of Lead Generation Executive at its Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14 branch in Karachi. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects to initiate conversations and assess their interest in the company’s offerings.
- Identify and qualify genuine business leads based on training guidelines.
- Transfer qualified leads to the senior sales team for further engagement.
- Maintain professional communication and handle conversations with confidence and clarity.
- Follow company protocols and contribute to team goals and performance targets.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only, as part of the company’s women-focused hiring initiative.
- Good spoken and written English skills are essential due to regular communication with US-based contacts.
- Availability to work full-time on-site from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
