Fernsby transport is Canada based Trucking Company looking forward to hiring (CSR) Customer Sales Representatives & Sales Coordinators. who will be the liaisons between our company and its consumers.
Responsibilities:
Making calls to potential clients.
- Offering them the services
- Negotiating with them.
- Providing them with easy ways so that they set up and work with the company
- Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
- Assess the situation and prioritize calls.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
- Good computer skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills (Required)
