The HVAC Engineer / Supervisor will have experience of HVAC execution works in high-rise building project and will ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely completion of project.
Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of heating, ventilation and refrigeration.
- Considerable knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and equipment used in the HVAC equipment.
- Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions and prescribe repair procedures.
- Coordinate with Management Staff and contractors to ensure smooth execution of project according to specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, defects, or areas requiring improvement in HVAC systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff members involved in the Project.
- Prepare progress reports, testing reports, updates, and documentation related to project.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional requirements and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 05 years relevant experience in execution of all HVAC works in high-rise building project.
- Experience in execution, testing & commissioning of VRF System & Ducting Works.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
