We're looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Social Media & Client Engagement Specialist! You'll wear many hats, keeping our clients happy, managing our social media presence, and creating engaging content.
Responsibilities:
Daily:
- Respond to website inquiries and social media messages from our clients (within 2 hours).
- Manage and post engaging content to our social media channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram).
- Prepare for and attend weekly client meetings.
Weekly:
- Craft and schedule a blog post and staff newsletter.
- Develop a social media content plan for the following week.
Monthly:
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of client accounts.
- Draft PR communications.
Qualifications:
- Fresh University Graduates with good English skills can apply as well.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) preferred
- Content creation skills a plusShift Timing 8 PM to 4 AM. (We will provide Night Shift Allowance)
