We are seeking a skilled Splicer to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or IT and possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in cable stripping, cleaving, and splicing. This full-time role involves hands-on work with optical fiber cables, requiring a valid bike license and access to a personal bike for commuting. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct jointing and splicing of optical fiber cables with precision.
- Prepare cables for splicing by stripping and cleaving as required.
- Enclose joints securely to ensure durability and protection.
- Organize cable handling to avoid pressure points that may damage the cables.
- Lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and oversight.
- Manage the storage and maintenance of all tools and equipment used in the splicing process.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or IT with a minimum of 3 years of study.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in cable splicing and handling.
- Ability to strip and cleave cables accurately.
- Valid bike license and access to a personal bike for transportation.
- Willingness to work on-site in Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary range between Rs. 40,700 and Rs. 50,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
