We are currently seeking Application Engineers (Professional Services) to join our Islamabad office. This position requires mostly technical expertise on software side, and some project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure solutions in CCM software to meet client requirements
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients
- Perform thorough testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free solutions.
- Be responsible for the timely delivery of solutions to the customer and its quality
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a 3+ CGPA.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience, and proficiency in any programming language; JavaScript, Python or any other.
Other Skills:
- Ability to write business correspondence and business reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills.
