Field Agent / Service Provider Onboarding

This is a full-time, non-managerial position based in Lahore, focused on Field Agent and Service Provider Onboarding. The role operates during morning shifts and requires on-site presence with daily travel across designated areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with service providers and ensuring their smooth onboarding while maintaining effective communication and coordination within the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits across assigned areas to onboard new service providers.
- Verify and document necessary information and credentials of service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and report progress regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during all field activities.
- Manage daily travel efficiently to cover all assigned locations within the shift.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate level education is mandatory.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in field operations or onboarding roles.
- Must own a smartphone to facilitate communication and reporting.
- Possession of a motorcycle along with a valid motorcycle license is essential for daily travel.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in a similar field agent or onboarding role will be advantageous.
- The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month.
- Additional fuel support is provided to cover expenses related to assigned fieldwork.
