CircularXchange is a UK-registered B2B marketplace and traceability platform focused on pre-consumer textile waste and recycled materials. The company connects textile recyclers in Pakistan with fashion brands and buyers in the UK and globally, ensuring transparent trade and traceability of recycled materials. Currently, CircularXchange works with a growing network of recyclers across Punjab and is expanding its team in Faisalabad to strengthen on-the-ground operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to textile recyclers and waste traders through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Conduct site visits to recycling units, mills, and waste traders to meet owners, understand their operations, and onboard them onto the platform.
- Create and maintain detailed recycler profiles on the platform, including business information, materials handled, capacity, and photographs.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of recycler data by regularly updating profiles.
- Assist recyclers in creating listings and provide guidance on how to use the platform effectively.
- Maintain clear records of contacts, visits, and follow-up actions.
- Gather market feedback and communicate insights to the UK and Pakistan teams.
- Represent CircularXchange at relevant industry events and association meetings when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, textiles, environmental sciences, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Residency in Faisalabad or nearby areas.
- Ability to travel independently to industrial locations for frequent site visits.
- Proficiency in Urdu and Punjabi for communication with business owners, along with working knowledge of English for internal communication.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to follow-ups.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel, and quick to learn new digital tools.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The role offers a full-time, hybrid, and flexible working pattern, typically around 6 hours per day. Time is divided between field visits and remote tasks such as calls, follow-ups, and platform updates, with the flexibility to plan your own schedule.
