Geo Metrix Surveys & Engineers is seeking a dedicated Field Geologist to join our team based in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting geological fieldwork across various project locations, contributing to mineral exploration and geological mapping efforts. This role involves working outdoors in diverse and sometimes remote environments, requiring a hands-on approach to collecting and analyzing geological data.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geological field surveys and site investigations to gather essential data.
- Identify and document geological features such as rocks, minerals, lithologies, structures, faults, and folds.
- Collect and accurately record geological samples and field data for further analysis.
- Assist in geological mapping and mineral exploration activities to support project objectives.
- Interpret field observations and prepare basic geological reports summarizing findings.
- Adapt to working in outdoor and remote field environments as required by project demands.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of rock and mineral identification, geological mapping, and field techniques.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work at various project and field sites.
