Geo Metrix Surveys & Engineers is seeking a dedicated Field Geologist to join our team based in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting geological fieldwork across various project locations, contributing to mineral exploration and geological mapping efforts. This role involves working in diverse outdoor and remote environments, requiring a hands-on approach to data collection and site investigation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geological field surveys and site investigations at assigned project locations.
- Identify and document rocks, minerals, lithologies, geological structures, faults, folds, and other relevant features.
- Collect and accurately record geological samples and field data for further analysis.
- Assist in geological mapping and support mineral exploration activities.
- Interpret field observations and prepare basic geological reports summarizing findings.
- Adapt to working in outdoor and sometimes remote field environments as project demands require.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology or a closely related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of rock and mineral identification, geological mapping, and field techniques.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work at various project and field sites.
- Minimum of one year of relevant field experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with solid practical skills are encouraged to apply.
