Field Operations Associate

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Operations Associate to join our team onsite in Bahria Town, Lahore. This role is ideal for proactive individuals eager to build a career in business development and field sales, whether you are a fresh graduate passionate about tech sales or someone with prior field sales experience. The primary focus will be driving the adoption of our mobile application across key commercial areas by engaging directly with shopkeepers and business owners. This is a full-time position requiring daily field visits, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The salary package ranges from PKR 40,000 to PKR 50,000 per month, depending on experience, along with additional perks.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to shops, retail stores, and commercial areas within the assigned territory.
- Introduce and demonstrate the features of our mobile application to potential users, assisting with installation and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local clients and business owners to foster trust and encourage app adoption.
- Actively generate leads and achieve weekly and monthly merchant acquisition targets through effective pitching and follow-up.
- Collect valuable customer feedback and gather competitive market intelligence to support business growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily visits, client interactions, and progress reports.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and technology or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Residency in Bahria Town, Lahore, or immediate surrounding areas to ensure an easy and reliable daily commute.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Ownership of a reliable motorbike or vehicle along with a valid driving license to facilitate daily field visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with the physical demands of fieldwork and regular travel within the assigned area.
