Field Sales Associate

We are seeking confident and energetic individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a sales-oriented and target-driven mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue and secure sales opportunities to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Manage daily sales activities efficiently within assigned working hours.
- Utilize personal transportation to visit clients and conduct sales-related tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of sales experience.
- Intermediate education level (FA/FSc/I.Com) or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a personal bike for commuting and client visits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Location preference: Karachi.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Monthly salary of PKR 40,000.
- Incentive of PKR 1,000 for each successful sale, providing additional earning potential.
- This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the workplace and client locations.
