The Field Sales Executive position is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Karachi Division. This role combines on-site client visits with some flexibility for remote work. The primary focus is to identify and approach potential retail and distribution partners, present Dari Mooch’s product portfolio, and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. The role demands a proactive approach to expanding market presence and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market visits to retail outlets and distribution points to ensure product visibility and availability.
- Identify and engage potential retail and distribution partners to expand the brand’s footprint.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to secure beneficial arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Track and analyze sales performance data, prepare detailed sales reports, and share insights with the internal team to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate actively in promotional activities, in-store activations, and brand awareness campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Maintain a structured field schedule and manage frequent travel within the Karachi Division to meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably within FMCG, retail, or grooming/personal care sectors.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and deliver excellent customer service to retail partners and distributors.
- Competence in market research, territory planning, and sales reporting, including basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating product benefits and value propositions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Karachi Division and manage a demanding field schedule.
- Fluency in English and Urdu, combined with strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
- Prior experience in a similar field sales or commercial role is essential. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is considered an advantage.
