We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to represent our range of rice and pulses products across multiple locations. The successful candidate will actively engage with superstores and kiryana stores, showcasing products, discussing pricing, and driving sales growth. This role involves frequent travel and requires strong communication skills to maintain regular updates on sales progress and build lasting relationships with potential customers. Outstanding sales performance will be recognized with monthly rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit various locations, including superstores and kiryana stores, to present product offerings and pricing details.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers to increase sales.
- Monitor and report sales progress consistently to management.
- Identify new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with store owners and buyers.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively while managing time efficiently across different locations.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Basic understanding of rice and pulses products is beneficial but not mandatory.
