We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to promote our range of rice and pulses across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting superstores and kiryana shops to showcase our products, discuss pricing, and generate sales. This role requires frequent travel to different areas, building strong relationships with potential customers, and consistently reporting progress. Successful performance will be recognized with monthly sales incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit multiple retail locations, including superstores and kiryana shops, to present products and pricing information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Actively promote the company’s rice and pulses product line to increase market penetration.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Identify new sales opportunities and assist in expanding the customer base.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with store owners and buyers.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage time efficiently across multiple locations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of product pricing and negotiation techniques.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Incentive-based pay structure with a starting salary from Rs 25,000 per month.
