Aliz International is looking for an active, motivated salesperson to promote our harvesters, attract customers, and close sales.

Aliz International is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Officer specializing in Agricultural Harvesters to join our team in District Sahiwal and nearby cities. This role demands a motivated salesperson with a strong knowledge of agricultural harvesters and a passion for engaging with the farming community. The successful candidate will visit farmers, agricultural contractors, and harvesting service providers to promote our range of harvesters.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  • Visit farmers, agricultural contractors, and harvesting service providers to market our harvesters.
  • Identify potential buyers, arrange meetings, and generate sales leads.
  • Explain machine features, benefits, pricing, and purchase terms.
  • Arrange machine demonstrations with company support.
  • Follow up with interested customers, negotiate within company-approved terms, and close sales.
  • Build strong customer relationships and report market feedback, customer requirements, and sales progress.
Requirements
  • Preferably experienced in agricultural machinery, tractor, or farm equipment sales.
  • Good connections with farmers and harvesting service providers in Sahiwal and surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
  • Ability to communicate confidently in Punjabi and Urdu.
We Offer Attractive fixed monthly salary + attractive commission on sales, based on experience and an agreed commission structure.
