Field Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our sales team as Field Sales Representatives based in Lahore. This full-time, field-based role involves direct engagement with potential clients, primarily visiting salons, aesthetic clinics, parlours, and barbershops to demonstrate our products. The ideal candidate will be proactive in building relationships, addressing client queries, and converting leads into loyal customers while working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations at assigned locations such as salons, aesthetic clinics, parlours, and barbershops, engaging directly with leads provided by the Business Development team.
- Respond to client questions and concerns during demonstrations, ensuring a clear understanding of product features and benefits.
- Assess prospects’ needs and tailor presentations to highlight how Blusha’s offerings meet those requirements effectively.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and convert demonstrations into confirmed sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, demonstrations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development and onboarding teams to ensure seamless communication and customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales KPIs and targets on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must be based in Lahore.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging confidently with leads and customers.
- Ability to conduct in-person product demonstrations with professionalism and clarity.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant sales experience.
