Field Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Technician specializing in electronics to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems, providing on-site customer support, and ensuring routine inspections and preventive maintenance are carried out efficiently. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling to various field locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair UPS systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and customer support to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime.
- Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Travel as required for field assignments, including occasional trips outside Karachi for customer support and service visits.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in UPS troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Ownership of a motorcycle or bike is required for commuting to various job sites.
- Strong technical aptitude combined with effective communication skills.
- Maximum age limit: 29 years.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Willingness to travel outside Karachi once a month for customer service visits.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 37,500 to 50,000, commensurate with experience.
- Fuel allowance of up to 30 liters per month, provided after successful completion of one month of training and upon commencement of independent field duties.
- Work location is in person, based in Karachi.
