Resource Linked is seeking a motivated Field Visit Intern based in Islamabad for a four-month internship. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals who have completed their intermediate education and are looking to gain practical experience in field operations and recruitment coordination. The role requires a confident and presentable male candidate with good communication skills and the ability to manage both field and office tasks efficiently. Candidates must have their own bike to facilitate travel for field visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spend approximately 70% of the time conducting field visits and 30% performing office-related tasks.
- Regularly visit market locations to engage with field and sales staff.
- Collect CVs from field personnel to support recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate with various field teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or fresh graduate status.
- Must own a bike for transportation during field visits.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- A confident and professional demeanor is required to represent the company effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The internship offers a monthly stipend of PKR 25,000.
- Fuel allowance will be provided based on the distance covered during visits.
