PKR. 60,000 - 250,000/Month
- Managing Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner
- Calling potential leads/clients to brief them about the company offerings and persuade leads to buy.
- Update clients lead sheets and follow up status
- Identifying clients needs, explain company offerings, provide solutions, handle objections, motivating clients to buy and following up with leads
- Prepare management reports
- Salary Plus Commission Range Rs.60,000 to Rs.250,000
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages
- Scheduling appointments with clients and maintaining appointment calendar
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 (Especially Excel and Word)
Terms and Condition
- Candidate should have excellent English Language, written, and speaking skills as they will be dealing with North American clients.
- Having a IELTS score would be a plus.
- The Office timing is 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Evening Shift)
- Work is from Home, must have own laptop, Internet and a quiet place to work.
- Call center experience will be a plus
- Familiarity with the phone system
- Excellent in English language, especially written and Speaking skills.
