Key Responsibilities
- Assist the production team in planning, shooting, and editing video and film projects, including documentaries, short films, commercials, and promotional content.
- Support script development and contribute ideas to enhance storytelling and narrative flow.
- Operate camera equipment and assist with lighting setups and sound recording during shoots.
- Organize and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth on-set operations.
- Participate in post-production activities such as basic video editing, reviewing footage, and preparing content for final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with senior filmmakers and production staff to learn industry best practices and gain hands-on experience in professional filmmaking and video production.
- Follow directions accurately and contribute positively to a fast-paced, creative team environment.

Required Qualifications
- Skills in Film Direction and Scriptwriting to support the development of visual storytelling and narratives.
- Knowledge of Film Production and Video Production processes to assist with planning, shooting, and managing on-set activities.
- Basic post-production skills, including video editing and working with footage to prepare final content.
- Familiarity with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive willingness to learn in a dynamic production setting.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate with diverse team members.
