The business consultant’s focus is on the cash industry, banking, Cash-In-Transit businesses and Corporate’s Treasury management function. The business consultant is responsible for identifying and analyzing business processes for the different client groups and relating them to our vendor’s software & hardware related product.
In pre-sales and in projects the business consultant is responsible for relating the product to the (potential) client’s business processes. In projects the consultant is able to redesign processes and work with the development team and implementation team.
The consultant works in Karachi and onsite at client’s offices across Pan Pakistan.
The consultant will also be responsible for marketing Fin Lab Solution and its product line to various target customers.
He/She will also be responsible for creating/updating the website with relevant content and organizing any events/ conferences.
Main tasks
Consultancy
§ Acquire knowledge on cash businesses (banks, transport, cash centres and retailers, cash cycle management) and keep this knowledge up-to-date
§ Identify and describe relevant business processes for these client groups
§ Inform product development (with regard to the roadmap), sales (opportunities), project managers and product consultants (projects) about relevant relations between these processes and the CashWebCommunity software product
§ Act as a lead consultant for smaller projects (2-3 people and a maximum 3 month scope)
§ Acquire knowledge on treasury functions of a corporate to sell SaaS based Treasury Management solutions
Sales assistance (pre and after)
§ Present and demonstrate the software/cloud based technologies to clients in relation to their business processes
§ Analyse process requirements and define process based solutions
§ Present implementation strategies
§ Within quotation process the business consultant cooperates with the project manager and/or the product consultant to analyse the implementation strategy and impact
§ After implementation identify (potential) process related issues and define solutions
In projects
§ Determine relevant business processes and requirements for software/Cloud based technology
§ Propose process customizations to address the client’s business
§ Redesign relevant business processes if required and good for client
§ Review business process adjustments and redesign directions with client
§ Explain and transfer requirement documents to the development team
§ Review Specification Documents
§ Write user assistance documents
§ Participate in implementation projects and train (end) users
