PRIME BPO is seeking a confident and experienced Business Development Specialist (Closer) to join their growing team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position operates during night shifts and focuses on closing Final Expense insurance sales. The ideal candidate will take ownership of high-value conversions, working closely with appointment setters and lead specialists to secure customer commitments while adhering to compliance and insurance regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Close Final Expense policy sales handed off by appointment setters and lead specialists.
- Overcome objections professionally while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations.
- Clearly explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to customers to secure their commitment.
- Accurately process and document closed sales in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the verification team to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Maintain a high close rate while meeting established quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion rates where appropriate.
- Meet daily and weekly closing targets consistently.
- Remain available to work overtime or stay back for additional training or performance improvement when required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Final Expense Closer (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Confident, target-driven attitude with a focus on results.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
