PRIME BPO is looking for a confident and experienced Business Development Specialist (Closer) to join their expanding team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This role primarily involves closing Final Expense policy sales during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be motivated, target-driven, and ready to take ownership of high-value conversions. The position offers a competitive salary starting at PKR 150,000 per month, with uncapped bonuses based on performance, making it an excellent opportunity for career advancement within a professional BPO setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Close Final Expense policy sales passed on by appointment setters and lead specialists.
- Professionally handle objections while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Clearly communicate policy terms, pricing, and coverage to secure customer commitment.
- Accurately process and document closed sales within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the verification team to ensure smooth handoff of closed sales.
- Maintain a high close rate while adhering to quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion rates when appropriate.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly closing targets.
- Be available for overtime, additional training, or performance improvement sessions as needed.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Final Expense Closer is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities.
- Confident, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
