Job description Position: Final Expense Verifier / CloserType: On-Site, Near IJP Road, Islamabad
Schedule: 5:45 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift / On-site)
Experience: Prior sales, insurance, or closing experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:- Contact and communicate with prospective final expense insurance clients.
- Verify customer information, needs, and eligibility accurately.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Explain available final expense insurance options clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections.
- Follow up with prospects when required and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing.
- Meet agreed-upon performance and conversion targets.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance throughout the sales process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous sales/closing experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and confidently close conversations.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to learn and follow established sales processes.
- Reliable availability during agreed working hours.
- Insurance or final expense experience is a plus.
