Final Expense Closer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Final Expense Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in closing final expense insurance sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This role requires guiding prospective customers through the sales process with professionalism and confidence, ensuring their needs are met while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers using company-provided or self-generated leads.
- Engage in needs-based conversations to understand customer requirements and explain appropriate final expense insurance products.
- Present product information clearly and professionally to help customers make informed decisions.
- Address customer questions and objections effectively to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and keep accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to company policies and comply with insurance sales regulations.
- Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach throughout all interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months’ experience in final expense insurance closing.
- Proven ability to convert leads into completed sales successfully.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional telephone manner and effective customer relationship management skills.
