Final Expense Closer

Key Responsibilities
- Close Final Expense sales using effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.
- Handle customer objections professionally and guide prospects confidently toward making a decision.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve and maintain sales targets and performance standards on an ongoing basis.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least one year in Final Expense closing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on driving conversions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center setting.
- Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Islamabad, specifically near Soan Garden, is required.

- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 250,000 per month, dependent on experience and performance.

- Shift timing is from 6 PM to 4 AM, suitable for candidates comfortable with evening and night hours.
