We are looking for a motivated and experienced Final Expense Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months’ experience in closing final expense insurance sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This role requires guiding prospective customers through the sales process with professionalism and confidence, converting qualified leads into successful sales while maintaining accurate records and meeting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers using company-provided or self-generated leads.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer requirements and explain appropriate final expense insurance products.
- Present product information clearly and professionally to ensure customers are well-informed.
- Address customer questions and objections effectively to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to company policies and insurance sales regulations throughout the sales process.
- Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- At least six months of experience in closing final expense insurance sales.
- Proven ability to convert leads into completed sales successfully.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional telephone manner and effective customer relationship management abilities.
