Final Expense Closer

Reliant BPO is looking for an experienced Final Expense (FE) Closer to join its US-based insurance sales campaign. This full-time position is located at the Reliant BPO office in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, and requires working the US night shift. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing Final Expense insurance sales, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of US insurance sales compliance. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs300,000, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Close Final Expense insurance sales effectively with potential clients in the US market.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to answer customer questions and manage objections professionally.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere strictly to US insurance regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets while maintaining high ethical and quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively in English to build trust and rapport with clients.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of direct experience in Final Expense closing.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills tailored to US customers.
- Deep understanding of Final Expense insurance products and the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Familiarity with US insurance sales compliance and disclosure protocols.
- Willingness and ability to work the US night shift at the Satellite Town, Rawalpindi office.
