Final Expense Closer

Reliant BPO is seeking a skilled Final Expense (FE) Closer to join its US-based insurance sales campaign. This full-time position is based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, and operates on a US night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in closing Final Expense insurance policies, demonstrating strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of US insurance sales compliance. This role requires meeting sales targets while upholding high ethical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Effectively close Final Expense insurance sales with prospective clients.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, ensuring all client questions and objections are addressed.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information and handle objections confidently.
- Adhere strictly to US insurance sales compliance requirements, including all necessary disclosures.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets without compromising on ethical standards or customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience specifically in Final Expense closing, with a minimum of one year in this role.
- Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Final Expense insurance products and the ability to manage objections effectively.
- Familiarity with US insurance sales compliance and disclosure regulations.
- Ability to work the US night shift and perform duties on-site at the Rawalpindi Satellite Town location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working in BPO environments focused on US insurance sales is highly preferred.
- Candidates located in or near Rawalpindi Satellite Town will be given preference due to the in-person work requirement.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs300,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
