Final Expense (FE) Closer / Verifier

We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Final Expense (FE) Closer / Verifier to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This on-site role operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 150,000 to 200,000. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting final expense insurance sales by engaging with customers, guiding them through the closing process, completing applications accurately, and verifying all necessary details. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within established compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct customer conversations to support final expense insurance sales.
- Utilize consultative closing techniques to assist customers in completing their applications.
- Accurately complete and verify application details to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Use CRM and dialer systems effectively to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Adhere strictly to provided scripts and comply with privacy and regulatory procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong spoken English skills to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Proven sales and communication abilities, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Experience with CRM software and dialer systems for managing customer data and outreach.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and privacy regulations.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
