We are looking for experienced Final Expense Closers to join our growing team in Islamabad, specifically based in the PWD area. This role requires candidates who have a strong history of converting leads into successful sales and possess excellent communication and closing skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Close final expense insurance sales by converting leads into confirmed appointments and policies.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with potential clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while contributing positively to overall team performance.
- Manage appointments and follow-ups in a professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with company policies and regulatory standards throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience specifically in final expense closing.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work the designated night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM.
- Willingness and ability to reliably commute or relocate to Islamabad prior to starting employment.
