Final Expense Qualifiers

We are seeking experienced Final Expense Closers to join our expanding team. If you have a proven track record of converting leads into sales and possess strong communication and closing skills, this opportunity is for you. The role is based in Islamabad, with a shift timing from 7 PM to 5 AM. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. This position requires candidates who can reliably commute or are willing to relocate to Islamabad before starting work.

Key Responsibilities
- Effectively close final expense insurance sales by converting leads into confirmed appointments and policies.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects to build trust and address any concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Manage client information accurately and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and improve closing rates.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Final Expense closing; fresh graduates or those without relevant experience will not be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales efficiently and professionally.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential clients effectively.
- Ability to work the specified night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM.
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Islamabad prior to employment.
- At least 1 year of closing experience is mandatory.
