Final Expense Verifier / Closer

We are a rapidly expanding BPO organization specializing in customer service, sales, and back-office solutions for international clients. As part of our growth, we are looking for experienced Final Expense Verifiers and Closers who go beyond scripted interactions, confidently close deals, and ensure precise verification of policy details before submission. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in the Final Expense industry, who can handle objections effectively, maintain accuracy under performance targets, and consistently deliver strong results from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Confidently close Final Expense policies while strictly adhering to compliance and campaign guidelines.
- Accurately verify policy details prior to submission, identifying and flagging any inconsistencies or red flags in applications.
- Professionally handle objections to maximize policy closures.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of campaign structure, closing dynamics, and verification processes.
- Work independently to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Communicate clearly and actively listen to clients to ensure a smooth closing and verification process.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Final Expense Closing or Verification roles.
- Proven track record of consistently closing policies and/or verifying policy details with high accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of Final Expense carriers, products, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to identify discrepancies or red flags in applications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently under performance targets.
