Final Expense Verifiers

HAT Informatics is seeking experienced Final Expense Verifiers to join their team in Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan. This full-time position offers both on-site and remote work options, with a competitive salary package complemented by performance-based incentives. The role involves handling US-based Final Expense insurance campaigns, ensuring accurate verification of customer information, and maintaining high standards of communication and compliance throughout the verification process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to Final Expense insurance campaigns targeting US customers.
- Accurately verify customer personal details and insurance-related information following approved scripts.
- Conduct medical and financial qualification by asking relevant questions as per campaign guidelines.
- Establish rapport with potential customers and maintain professional communication during verification calls.
- Clearly explain the purpose of the verification process to customers and obtain their confirmation willingly.
- Review customer responses for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before approving call transfers.
- Adhere strictly to campaign guidelines, verification procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Transfer qualified and verified calls seamlessly to sales closers for further processing.
- Identify and document incomplete, inaccurate, or unqualified leads with appropriate call dispositions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, call notes, and dispositions in CRM or dialer systems.
- Collaborate with closers, quality assurance teams, and management to uphold verification standards.
- Consistently achieve daily targets related to performance, quality, and verification accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience specifically in Final Expense verification is mandatory.
- Candidates without relevant Final Expense campaign experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Final Expense insurance campaigns, verification procedures, and call flow processes.
- Excellent English communication and listening skills, with the ability to confidently engage US-based customers.
- Solid understanding of medical and financial qualification procedures relevant to Final Expense insurance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and call center operational tools.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and productivity.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and professional work ethics are essential.
