Finance Account Officer

Allied Piping Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounts & Finance Officer to join their team in Karachi Division. This onsite role involves managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and handling accounts receivable and payable. The successful candidate will also be responsible for utilities management, bank reconciliations, and supporting monthly and annual financial reporting. Coordination with banks and internal departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy is a key part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, vouchers, and ledger maintenance.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Maintain utilities accounts and related payments.
- Support preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits and financial reviews as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0 to 1+ years of experience in accounts and finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, vouchers, and ledger management.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
