Finance & Accounts Executive

Sunday Bazar is seeking a dedicated Finance & Accounts Executive to join its finance team at the Model Colony, Gulshan-e-Jami, Malir location in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting tasks, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations. This position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 40,000 to 60,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize accounting records and financial documents with accuracy.
- Process invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting entries efficiently.
- Assist in account reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Collect and compile financial information from different departments for reporting purposes.
- Prepare routine financial reports and provide updates to management as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for calculations, tracking, and managing financial records.
- Support month-end closing activities and periodic financial reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments, documentation, and record verification.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of all accounting records.
- Perform additional finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in accounts or finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and financial functions.
- Solid understanding of accounting procedures and bookkeeping principles.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Immediate availability or short notice joining will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
