Archnetix is a leading provider of Building Information Modeling (BIM) services catering to the construction and architecture industries in the United States. Our Pakistan office is a hub of innovation and financial management, playing a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. We are looking to hire a Finance & Accounts Officer who will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, payroll, taxation, and reporting with accuracy and transparency. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage company bank accounts, oversee cash flow, and conduct regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Process payroll on time, ensuring all statutory deductions such as EOBI, Social Security, and Income Tax are correctly applied. Ensure compliance with all relevant taxation laws, including income tax, sales tax, and employee withholding requirements. Monitor budgets carefully and control expenses to stay within approved limits. Organize and maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions to facilitate audits and reviews. Provide management with regular financial updates and comprehensive reports to aid strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should have between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles. A strong understanding of Pakistan’s taxation framework, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding Tax regulations, is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software are necessary for this role. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are critical to producing accurate and reliable financial reports. Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000 per month. Additional compensation is provided for weekend work. Employees are entitled to 10 sick leaves, 10 casual leaves annually, and 10 annual leaves after completing one year of service.
