We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to oversee daily financial operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, efficiently managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing detailed financial reports. This role demands strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills to support month-end and year-end closing activities. Clear and professional communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams is essential to ensure smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Maintain precise and current financial records, ensuring timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze financial reports using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and data validation tools.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding billing issues, discrepancies, and financial documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting modules.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working within the finance or accounting department of a Small or Medium Enterprise (SME).
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including navigating various modules, reconciling bank feeds, and independently correcting classification errors.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to use complex functions and tools effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of explaining financial discrepancies clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Compensation and Work Location:
This is an onsite position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000. The role is ideal for candidates seeking to leverage their accounting expertise in a dynamic SME environment while contributing to accurate financial management and reporting.
