Finance Executive-Digital Payments

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support the Shared Services department in managing and maintaining accurate financial records. This role involves processing financial transactions, conducting regular financial analysis, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving financial processes and support timely invoicing and recoveries across multiple commercial domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and maintaining financial records for the Shared Services department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process financial transactions, including accounts receivable and general ledger entries, efficiently and within established timelines.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless financial operations.
- Issue invoices to clients across different commercial sectors and ensure timely recovery of payments.
- Support the implementation of financial process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Over three years of relevant experience in a finance role, preferably within a shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with financial systems and software, with experience in ERP systems considered highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and effectively communicate findings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
