Finance Executive (Experience with PK/USA/Dubai Companies)

We are seeking a Finance Specialist with practical experience working with companies based in the USA and/or Dubai (UAE). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in international finance, and capable of taking full ownership of financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse financial activities while collaborating with cross-border teams. The position is based in Karachi and is a full-time role requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience with U.S. or Dubai-based organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle cross-border invoicing, taxation, and compliance matters in accordance with international regulations.
- Perform reconciliations, maintain comprehensive financial records, and ensure readiness for audits.
- Coordinate effectively with external consultants and accountants located in the U.S. or UAE to streamline financial operations.
- Oversee payroll management, accounts receivable and payable, and monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in or for companies based in the USA and/or Dubai.
- Strong understanding of international accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills paired with solid financial acumen to manage complex financial tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- ACCA certification is highly preferred, reflecting advanced expertise in accounting principles and practices.
