Finance Executive

We are seeking a Finance Executive specializing in Revenue to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer account reconciliations, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely collection of payments from corporate customers. This role requires effective communication with clients and internal departments to resolve queries and support smooth financial operations. The Finance Executive will also contribute to improving systems and processes, as well as assist in introducing new payment methods in collaboration with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliation of customer accounts and foster long-term business relationships with clients.
- Collect payments from corporate customers in accordance with company standards and agreed payment terms.
- Handle customer queries promptly via phone or email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate invoices based on agreements and contracts with corporate customers.
- Suggest improvements to systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments and financial institutions to facilitate the introduction of new payment modes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
