Finance Executive

Meds Nexus is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join their Accounts & Finance team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position operates on a night shift schedule from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping, banking operations, and cash flow to maintain smooth financial operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively handle vendor communications, oversee accounts management, and ensure operational liquidity.

Key Responsibilities
- Cash Flow & Treasury Operations: Monitor daily cash positions, bank balances, and short-term liquidity to maintain financial stability.
- Vendor & Client Liaison: Manage accounts payable schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and track client receivable collections to ensure timely payments and receipts.
- Banking Operations: Handle bank correspondence, electronic fund transfers, letter conversions, and reconcile credit card and bank statements accurately.
- Expense Verification: Audit daily operational expense vouchers, manage petty cash distribution, and review employee reimbursement requests for compliance.
- Payroll Execution: Assist in monthly payroll verifications, benefit disbursements, and maintain staff loan records.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare daily cash status reports and weekly financial summaries for management review to support informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounts and finance operations, preferably handling dual responsibilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, including data linking and lookup formulas, along with familiarity with general accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and fluent English communication abilities.
