This role supports the Finance department by managing and executing daily financial activities to ensure smooth operations. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to maintain accurate financial records, assist in reporting, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare routine financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Help monitor budgets and expenditures to align with organizational goals.
- Participate in audits by providing required information and documentation.
- Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned to support the department’s objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments.
