This full-time, on-site finance role involves managing daily financial operations, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. The position requires maintaining accurate accounting records, overseeing payables and receivables, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations. The finance professional will collaborate with various departments to deliver financial insights that aid decision-making, monitor cost efficiencies, and support management reporting. Furthermore, the role includes assisting in the enhancement of internal controls, financial processes, and reporting tools to promote the Group’s growth and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
- Monitor cost control measures and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Assist in developing and improving internal controls, financial processes, and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, cash handling, and payable management.
- Strong understanding of financial operations and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with prior experience in established Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands such as KFC, Howdy, Hardee's, or similar food service chains will be given preference. Experience within the hospitality or QSR industry, particularly in finance and accounts roles, is highly valued.
