Finance Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to manage our daily financial operations, including accounts oversight and company bookkeeping. The successful candidate will be responsible for client invoicing, financial reporting, and various administrative tasks related to the company’s finances. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of financial processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Management: Oversee and maintain day-to-day accounts and ledger entries to ensure accurate financial records.

Financial Administration: Manage daily finance operations and coordinate finance-related administrative tasks efficiently.

Invoicing & Billing: Generate, issue, and track client invoices to guarantee timely payments and proper billing procedures.

Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate company books and financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Reporting: Monitor the company’s financial health and prepare regular financial status updates and reports for management review.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day business accounting and financial principles.
- Proficiency in handling invoices, ledgers, and financial software, including advanced Excel skills.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to manage administrative duties and coordinate with clients.

- Competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs70,000 per month, depending on experience.
