Responsibilities include driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support sustainable growth. The Finance Manager will transform financial data into actionable insights and practical recommendations for senior management. Additionally, the role involves overseeing and enhancing finance systems, processes, and internal controls. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or FCA are required, with consideration given to part-qualified individuals who have substantial relevant experience. A tax-focused background is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, including significant hands-on exposure to Pakistani tax regulations. Experience gained from Big 4 firms or tax practices followed by industry roles is preferred. A thorough understanding of income tax, federal and provincial sales tax, withholding tax regimes, and import taxation is necessary. Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

They will have a forward-looking mindset, focusing on quarterly and annual outcomes rather than just month-end results. Clear communication skills are vital, enabling the individual to simplify and explain complex financial and regulatory issues effectively. The role demands a problem-solver who provides recommendations alongside reports. Being highly organized under pressure is essential, as the Finance Manager will manage multiple deadlines and ad-hoc requests without compromising quality or accuracy.
This position offers an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a well-established company undergoing modernization, with direct influence on strategic financial decisions and business growth.
